"Team Cindy"


In teams of two complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 



5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups 
15 Air-squats 



Only one team member is working at Cindy. The team mate must care for the team’s kettlebell, which may not touch the
ground during the workout (you cannot sit down or kneel either). Carry the heaviest kettlebell you can handle.

  1. That was awesome! After warming up triceps and shoulder with the bench press, it was amazing to continue on ring rows and push ups. I feel like I can move rocks))
